Chocolate Chip Biscuits
How to make chocolate chip biscuits:
Quantity
Ingredients
50g (2 oz) Margarine
50g (2 oz) Castor Sugar
50g (2 oz) Soft brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
100g (4oz) Self raising flour
175g (6 oz) Chocolate chips or broken chocolate
50g (2 oz) Mixed chopped nuts
Method
Preheat the oven to 190C, 375F, gas mark 5. In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine with both sugars until soft and fluffy. Carefully add the egg and if necessary a little flour to stop from curdling. Stir in the vanilla essence. Fold in the flour, add the chocolate and nuts. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking tin, leaving space between them as each chocolate chip biscuit will spread during cooking. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

I am not for sure what you was looking for, but I had this recipe, and I have made once. You need to change this or that for our terms, but the kids liked it. I thought its jsut as easy to use chineese noodles those hard ones, and choc. and and marsh. but i hope it helps you out.
8 oz good quality dark chocolate, broken into squares
1 oz butter
5 oz sweetened condensed milk
30 ml whiskey
6 oz white chocolate, chopped coarsely
8 oz mini marshmallows
5 oz digestive Marietta biscuits, crushed coarsely
3 oz toasted pecans or toasted slivered almonds
2 oz white chocolate, melted
Place dark chocolate, butter, whiskey and condensed milk in a heated bain-marie. Allow to very gently melt.
When mixture is completely smooth, remove from heat. Allow to cook slightly.
Add white chocolate pieces, marshmallows, nuts and crushed biscuits.
Gently mix together, ensuring not to break up the white chocolate and biscuits too much. The mixture should be chunky.
Transer to a non-stick container (I like to use a springform cake tin), pressing down firmly and immediately put in the refrigerator.
When chilled completely, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top and allow to set.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
I add raisins too.
