Entering purchase in Quickbooks?

I am a computer contractor and I purchased some hardware at a local store for a client. The company I work for said to hold onto the receipt and they will reimburse me. My question is how do I record this transaction in Quickbooks?

Go to the help for quickbooks and look that up..
