Oh my god! Not another one of these questions!

Go to the drug store and buy a pregnancy test for god's sake!

Nobody on Yahoo! can help you. None of us know for sure if you are pregnant or not. Only YOU can know for sure.

Unfortunately, it is possible.

However, you can find out if you are pregnant easily enough by buying a pregnancy test at the drugstore and following the directions. The test detects a certain hormone, which is only present if you are pregnant. There is also a phone number listed in the instructions to call if you have concerns about how to use the test or how to interpret the results.

Well, if it is a light period or spotting you can, but it isn't that common. Also, believe it or not, twinges and nausea don't generally start until 6-8 weeks into a pregnancy. Early signs, if any, would be a missed period, tender breasts and maybe fatigue.

You can in fact have a period in the very early stage of your pregnancy. It is not uncommon. This is one reason why the counting method isn't fool proof. Sometimes a woman doesn't know she's pregnant when she is--only a blood test can say for sure.

If you're bleeding a lot and have regular period cramps, then you're not pregnant. I've heard of girls having "periods" when pregnant, but they usually bleed very lightly and have no cramps. I think you're just "creating" your own symptoms. It happens to women a lot when they have such a strong desire to be pregnant, their bodies will create everything from sore boobs to "morning sickness".
