LDS doesn't involve hallucinations. What gives you that idea?

No, faith-based thinking isn't a dangerous mental disease. Is bigotry?

Faith works no matter how it is applied: for limitation, destruction construction, or expansion. Potentially dangerous thinking, surely.

But to answer the first question - Both LDS and LSD involve hallucinations, because the original stimulus for the neuro-response disappears, and, with a big enough dose, memory of taking the drug (embracing the controlled delirium) and all reason are lost.

No faith-based thinking is not at all a potentially dangerous mental disease. People can believe what they want to. There is no reason to judge someone's religion on what you hear from non-believers of the LDS church beliefs. I am in fact a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. I enjoy my religion, but I don't go shunning against others for thier beliefs in what they want to believe.

I am NOT a supporter of that Church but you are out there this time. The Mormon people are some of the most caring loving people I have ever met. They would drop everything in there life to help someone that they don't even know.. If you don't know them stay off their backs...Jim

I know LSD makes you hallucinate because your brain is bleeding into the cracks and the blood drips on to your spinal cord.
