i know a guy that he said he only likes girls who put on makeup. does makeup on a girl really matter to guys?

There is an old saying, If the fence needs paint..well paint it.
My opinion, which isn't much, is, its always nice to play dress up.
I am sure most men prefer makeup, but I am definately a tomboy, so mostly I do not wear it. But I do see a difference in the attention I get when I wear makeup, men seem to be visual beings.

To some guys. Depends on the guy. Some guys like a girl who's all natural. Some guys like girls who wear just a hint of make up. And I guess there are some guys who don't mind a girl who wears a lot of make up.

i think makeup often makes a girl look like a fake, and like she wont be able to make it on her own in the real world. also i think it is pitiful when a girl has to resort to makeup to look semi pretty, natural glamor is the best. A lot of that make up is dangerous too, containing fishscales that can be contaminated with saminilla poisoning and shards of glass and steel!

I prefer girls without makeup. Makeup is false advertising. I want natural beauty.

To some guys yes, I know a couple of guys that are exactly the opposite, they don't like make up and find it a total turn off and won't consider girls that do. Its all a matter of personal taste and what you find attractive. That make up guy is going to be disappointed in the morning though! He is bound to be disappointed and sounds like he's somewhat superficial to me.

it just depends on how they look with vs. without -- i prefer without if they can pull it off...or at least just a light amount -- a little goes a long way
whenever i see a female with a lot of makeup on, it makes me wonder what she's hiding underneath...but then again, physical appearance is secondary anyway

I've never felt that makeup should be worn unless your a clown, an actor, a mime, or dressing up for some reason like halloween.
You are who you are, why try to hide it.
