The Literal translation is:
2Jo 1:7 Because many deceivers went out into the world, those not confessing Jesus Christ TO HAVE come in the flesh, this is the deceiver and the antichrist.

Paul did not deny this "though we have known Christ after the flesh". Christ was no longer in the flesh because He died to the flesh/law/old covenant and was raised as the firstfruit of the spirit and mediator of the new covenant.

In your quote from 1 Corinthians Paul was confirming that Jesus Christ was not just a spirit but came in the flesh, and we could know him as a real person.

In the 2 letter of John, John was speaking about the heresy of of Gnosticism. The Gnostics were deceiving people into believing that Jesus Christ could not have come in the flesh. Gnostics believed that the flesh (body) was corrupt.

So both quotes are really saying the same thing.

sorry I could not read all your quotes but to be honest Saul was a phatasy he had the training of a pharasy and he called himself the worst of all. but after he Jeesus spoke to him he was able to fee how Jewsus fallfilled the prophasys as he knew the, well but I will say in my opinion his letter still show some of his Jewish teaching and we must remember each of the letters was written to a spacific curch at that time with there own problems they were not writen as general letters to aply to every one to understand his letters you need to read acts and conect them to the time and place
