Yes, Sylvia is legitimate. She will be the first one to admit that she is not always right. Everyone has psychic abilities. Some people are just more in tune with their abilities than others.

On live television five years ago, Sylvia Browne accepted magician and skeptic James Randi's offer to scientifically test her abilities. She would, if she proved to be legitimate, be rewarded the million dollar prize from the James Randi Educational Foundation. Following the show, she refused all contact with him, would answer no questions about him, and basically chickened out.
She's a fraud. It's called cold reading.

As is everyone that claims to have "psychic" or "supernatural" powers.
If she were "legit" why hasn't she EVER taken James Randi's test? The one she PROMISED to take on Larry King live? Seems to me that someone that DID have powers would beat a path to mr Randi's door to prove it.

No, she told this lady one day on Montel that the lady's brother who had been missing for like 15 years or so, was actually in like west virginia or somewhere alive. But that they would not find him because he did not want to be found.
I could have made that up, shes a quack.

If she were a legitimate psychic, she would have received the $1,000,000 from James Randi.
Psychics do not exist.

Even though she seems convincing, she has been given chances to prove herself and declined. She has been reported to only piss people off by only pretending to know what she is talking about.

i dont know, they never follow up to see if her predictions were right. i think she has alot of good things to say about angels and taking care of busines while you are here. Its possible.
