In response to CPT the Question guy above, the Chinese have a story about a flood and a guy in a boat too. So his remarks are invalid -- he doesn't know anything about China.

Obviously none of US would be here, since we are Noah's children.

I suppose that God could have started over by creating someone else.

In response to the guys below who say that there is no way that the story of Noah's Ark is plausible, check out the article at the second link.

Well, that assumes there was a Noah's Ark. I'm thinking there wasn't.. so my answer is yes. It's like asking if the Titanic hadn't sunk, would Jack and Rose have kids?

Noah's ark is a myth. Research it. There are plenty of ways that science has been able to determine this. Research it.

Nobody would have been here if the ark had sunk.

It would've never sunk, so that is an impossible question because God was protecting the Ark.

I don't consider the story to be one of fact but merely a symbolic story as all ancient Jewish stories were. Even Jesus himself, in every action he performed, he used it as a symbol, as an example. Ask people with masters degree's in Hebrew, the story is not meant to be literal, it is a metaphor contrary to the modern popular belief. Symbolically if it had sank no one would be here!

No, everyone who survived the flood was on the Ark but God wouldn't have had Noah build it if he was going to let it sink.

like god would like, let noahs ack sink
like that would be like reallly stupid of him

HINT: noah's arc didn't exsist. i can prove to you that it didn't. can you prove to me that it did?
proof: how did noah get two of every animal onto the ship? lets assume he was in europe. how did he get kangaroos from austailia?they 'came to him' right? well how did a human build a boat big enough to hold two of every animal? even if they were babies. it doesn't add up.
so prove to me that it did happen (the bible doesn't count)
