Generally when I season my red sauces I use garlic powder, onion powder, Montreal steak seasoning and italian seasoning blend. So, technically you could mix all those things together in a bottle and use that.

Seasoning Mix:!/2 tsp oregano,1/4 tsp cumin,1/4 tsp garlic salt,1/4 tsp chilipowder,1 pkg dry onion mix, double this recipe if you want to make for more than one meal, all you need to do is add Italian sauage, tomatoe sause and paste and green and red bell peppers and cook on low heat for 2 to 4 hrs and your ready to go. Put in freezer bag and freeze.
