How do i change my name because people keep thinking im a girl?

ashleigh is the way girls spell it.......ashley is how boys spell it! damn aint none of u people heard of boys called ashley.....i have eg ashley cole....anyway is there a way to change my name?

Maybe go by your middle name, unless it is Lynn. My foster sister named her son Lynn Ashley ( he was born in a car on Ashley Blvd in San Diego). He changes his name, now it is Rick, and I'm not sure of the middle name. Just don't spaz out about it so bad and call us names cuz we don't know. Just chill. Anyway, if you are adult you can change your name and it only costs about 100. But decide if it is worth breaking your mamma's heart. Without her, you'd not be here.

You would have to go through the legal procedures of officially getting your name changed, this will actually cost some money and if you are a minor you will probably need your parents permission. Have you thought about using a nickname or maybe your middle name or even your first two initials as what you go by. There are many different things you can do before going to far as to change your name.

Also there is Ashley Lelie who is a receiver for the Denver Broncos.

At the top of the page, where it say welcome, ashley...underneath it says My Account. Follow the link and you can change your name on that page.

I saw your other question. Ashley IS a unisex name, but it's more commonly used for girls. Ashton is a more masculine version. Some people are just dumbasses and will you grief though.

Sure, just click on your name - it'll take you to your profile. Then click on edit my info and type in a new nickname.
