I'm 11 and I weigh 104 lbs. I think thats a lot for a 11 year old. Most of my friends and people at school my age r idk maybe 80-95 pounds. I do really well in p.e. and everyday my p.e. teacher makes us do 20 push ups and situps and makes us stretch and then we do sports. and somtimes we run. i get and a in p.e. cuz i can do those things well yet im still bigger than most of the girls. It might be cuz of my height i'm 5'2 and so im taller than almost everyone in my grade. my thighs r big and they have some stretch marks...i know eww. and my upper arms r kinda big cuz i have a little more muscle than average girls and a little fat on my arms so theyre all big. my belly is average or a little bigger. i do situps and tae bo everyday. and sometimes run. and i also do situps and lift 5 lb weights. If u guys have any suggestions for me to lose weight that would be great. And if you answer to this question dont say anything rude like eww ur fat. plz really try to help. Thank you

Don't ever let peer pressure be a reason to change yourself. If you feel unhealthy or want to look differently in your clothes, then do more activities that allow you to get your heart rate up, and don't eat junk food or soda. Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't worry at all about the pounds, only the way you look - for real and not compared to anyone else! Starting this obsession when you're this young will lead you into an eating or exercise disorder! Just have fun while you can! Who gives a crap what anyone else thinks anyway. People are starving all over the world!

at 5'2" and 104 pounds, honey, you are not fat. and at 11 years old, you are still growing, your body is still going thru an adjustment period, don't worry about losing weight, worry more about keeping fit, and it sounds like you are. Stay away from sugar, and fried foods, and stay active. By the time you are 16 or 17, I bet you will look great and be well shaped.

You could stop drinking liquids. You'll lose 10 pounds within a couple days.

Seriously though, start running. You need to be performing aerobic exercise frequently and eat WELL - not a lot but WELL.

all that matters is your healthy! keep up the good exercise, and at 11 104 is good!! just try to stay the weight.

Stay away from sugar, sodas, cookies, junk food. Drink lots of water.
