Your son is in the upper end of weight. He is at risk for becoming overweight. If he continues on the path he is on, he will be overweight, probably by next year or the year after. I've linked below to the cdc BMI site that can help you figure out where he is at and what you should do.
He's 13. Don't let him order pizza. Make him earn his computer and TV by exercising or doing outdoor activities. You don't have to force him to do push-ups or anything, but he should take the dog for a walk. He should mow the lawn. He should wash the car. He should walk home from school. Get involved - walk with him every day or every night. Play catch with him in the backyard. Encourage him to take up soccer, baseball, track, or something more active.
Good luck to you.
ps - Why have you asked this question or a similar one over 20 times????? Please, STOP!!!!

At 5 feet, a boy should be 100lbs. Every inch he grows is 6 pounds more. So 7 inches equals 42 pounds which means he should be 142 lbs. 148lb is not so bad, but he should be able to do more push-ups. Get him to excercise more and go on school sports teams.
