Tie it in a pony tail as much as possible. They say you should trim it about every 3-6 mos, but I'm not sure if this will help since, technically, you're making your hair shorter when you cut it.

I think if you trim the ends it is lighter and grows faster. Get the ends trimmed like every two weeks. If there is less hanging on your roots, the hair folicles have room for the hair to grow.

Chi-chi-chi-chia! Shave it off, bic it clean and let it grow back for 10 days. When the stubs poke through, repeat process for 60 days. After that, look out man...lol, try some fertilizer!

Get it trimmed regularly.Really.If you let it grow for too long you'll develop split ends, which break off and shorten the length of your hair more than a trim does.

you should try birth control pills. i use it on my hair. what i do is get a pack and break it all up until it turns into just powder. get half of the powder and put in your shampoo and the other half in your conditioner. make sure you mix it well. hope this helps you.
