For me it was a feeling of acceptance and the knowledge that he cared enough to look beyond my outward appearance and see into my heart. I felt this little tug at my heart. It was then that I realized I was in love. It was and is the most special feeling I have ever known. The only way I know to describe the feeling is to say it was like light bulb turned on in my soul.

You don't want to do that. Better is to just love. That's an action verb. Falling in love is falling into hell. Loving is giving and you don't care about the results.
Falling in love is a result of being needy. You give to get. Selfishness. You are not whole.
Loving comes from within yourself. You have to grow up before you can do this.

I know that this is probably not the answer you are looking for with this, but I can't describe that. I can feel it but all words seem inadequate to convey what a wonderful state of being it is.
