OK theres a gorgeous guy just started at my work, he is LUSH! but he's not really in my dept so i dont get to speak to him. so how do i find out if he has a girlie and how do i get him interested?? im too old for some little games! just really want this guy lol!!

Try the old 'bumping into him in the lift' a few times so you don't just approach him out of the blue. After you have nodded hello and moved onto 'how was your weekend' you should get some others together and say you are going for a drink so it appears casual. You can always ask him questions indirectly when your other friends are around and won't look like you're chatting him up until you are sure he is available and interested. Works every time. ;-)

ask someone that knows him, or that you've seen him talk to if he has a girlfriend. chances are, that person will mention to the guy that you asked about it, and if he's interested, he'll take the hint that you like him and ask you out. if he's attached or not interested then you've lost nothing.
if that doesn't work, i would walk right up to his desk in your cute little outfit and say "do you think you'd be available to have a drink sometime? you seem like a really interesting person and i'd like to get to know you." if he's attached or not interested, then hey he'll still be flattered.
okay honestly i'd be too chicken to do the second one, but it would definitely work.

Get talking to him. Talk about going out etc. Then make a comment something along the lines of "as long as your girlfriends alright with that".
If he says nothing about a girlfriend then he either has one or he isn't interested. If he says that she wouldn't agree, he probably still isn't interested. Anything else and you're in :)

If you are not a pig, wear lots of sleazy outfits to the office... if he is not gay, he will start paying attention to you. Then ask him if he wants to "go to a motel or something? at lunch"...
If you are a pig, or otherwise nasty... many guys will not go directly for the sleaze (as they think that other guys will find out)... in that case, you should spread rumours about your reputation as being easy... again, if he is not gay... he will take the bait.
What do you care if he has a GF or not ???

if you really don't want to play games or beat around the bush, then don't. get his number at the office or extension. let him know you've seen him around a few times and want to get to know him. be ready for him to say yes, and that's when you can suggest going out for a drink. once you're out with him, you'll be able to sense if he has a gf or not. worse case scenario, you have to come straight out and ask him.
