Sure, everyone will tell you it's "Love" but my Mother loves to cook...and her food is horrible...so that isn't much of a secret ingredient.
I recommend that your ingredients, secret or otherwise...are as fresh as you can possibly get them...that'll add some wonderful levels of flavor to any dish you prepare. And then you can look at people when they compliment you on your cooking and say that you used a secret ingredient...and it's name is "Fresh."

LOL dont be silly! If ur being serious...sometimes I add a 1/4 tsp of cumin, cinnamon or curry powder to spunk regular things up like chicken salad or even gravies and sauces.
