Before I quit smoking I was 5'7" 127 lbs. I was pretty skinny back then. Then I quit smoking and now I am 153 lbs. The weight I've gained was welcomed, except I now have a gut. I know, or think, in order to lose the belly fat I need to burn more calories than I take in. But would that cause me to become more skinny all around? My goal is to have my upper body remain as large but lose the gut if possible. Are there any supplements or drinks, such as from GNC, I could take in conjunction with the exercises I do? I work out about 3-4 times per week, 30 min each time. They consist of only upper body workouts. Any other tips would be helpful.
