Walk up and say hi. yes its that simple and yea you may even blurt out the wrong thing but its not the end of the world. Its always awkward to get to know someone outta the blue but with effort it can be worth your wild. Asking questions is a good second step to keep the awkward silences at bay till the conversation starts flowing.

I think he knows you exist, but if he honestly doesn't know you exist, then it'd be good to stop stalking him........ just be yourself.
