lemon juice drys your hair and you'll have to do it for days when you could use peroxide works quicker and don't wet it. just put it where you want the high lights and go out into the sun. Either way you don't have to wet your hair for either one..

nope dont get it wet cause then the lemon juice will come out just put it in your hair dry go out in the sun fro a few hours and then u can take it out when your done

it doesn't have to be wet, but is usually put on after shampooing. you need to have hair that is already light for this to work, and it does dry out the hair.

I think but that's sorta bad for ur hair and if u go outside after that I think ur hair gets damaged...so u should wait a while b4 going outside (well it depends if it's sunny or not)

Don't do it, the color will be horrible, especially if your hair is dark. Sometimes this works for blonds, to get more blond, but it's bad for anyone with darker hair.

Your hair doesn't have to be wet. You DO need to use heat, either a blowdryer or going ouside.

No you can put it on dry hair. It works faster, if you sit in the sun.
