Ahud. We started Monday. It sucks! I can't even move without being in pain. We had to do ten laps five killers and endless drills today in practice. We have two and a half hour practices with like 1/4 of that time spent on conditioning. On fridays, we only do conditioning. I feel like hitting my head on a nail!
Today we warmed up for a half hour, did a half hour of drills, and spent the last hour and a half on condioning. We had to do an outrageous amount of killers.

No, I have a hell YEAR coming up. Because my coach is intimidated my me. And all we have are people on our team that have no idea how to play. So tell me about it!!!!

Well we dont have to try out at our skool. its so small 7 ppl r in my class. so if u want to join, u just show up at practice. i luv it
