Wow, good answers so far. The bar is already stocked with Frangelico, Gran Ma 5 vodkas, Tequila, 4 or 5 scotches, I could go on the list is extensive. I just need to limit my inventory, because we are more of a family restaurant and do not get a huge bar crowd.

you should have wells for all of the above. I would then carry Bacardi Rum and Captain Morgan's Rum. I would then carry Jack Daniels and Jim Beam. Then a single malt scotch (such as Glenlivet) and a blended scotch, maybe Chivas. I would then have two gins, Tanqueray and Beefeater. For vodkas, I would carry Grey Goose and Absolut. That should be a good start for you.

I can help you with bourbons. Wild Turkey 101 and Jim Bean. My two favorites. Vodkas you have Vox and Grey Goose. Rums you gotta have Bacardi 151 and Captain Morgan. Scotches I don't touch.

Vodka - Stolichanaya, Absolut, Belvedere
Scotch - Johnny Walker Black or better, Glennfiditch (spelling?)
Bourbon - Jack Daniels, Jim Beam
Blends - not sure
Don't forget Irish whiskey, frangelica, gin and a few different after dinner liquors!

My favorite kind of vodka is Grey Goose... And for rum I always go for Captain Morgan... MmMm makes me want to drink....
