What is the easiest, quickest and cheapest DVD Burning Software on the market?

I am looking for a decent program that i can download that will allow me to burn a dvd with video from say, google video or youtube. Thank you in advance.

a good program to burn is Nero or DVDShrink but you need a seperate program to download the videos you've mentioned

Try out Nero. I've tried quite a few programs and it was the simplest, easiest program to use. And it has a lot of options.

winavi + a burning app ... you can get everything free from bittorrent look into it :)
