I met a guy on black planet and he was really handsome I was staying on a base in New Jersey and looking to get to know the area in South Jersey better. We were going to go to Friday's and from what I could see he looked the same. I didn't want to make things awkward for him by starring at him so I just said I would wait until I got to Friday's. Well, let's just say after he got out the car he looked really scrawny and shorter than the profile and pic on his page. I decided to go on in and enjoy myself, after we got inside the light at the bar beamed on him so well I could see his face clearly. The brother was twisted (ewe)! He had drawn a go-tee and filled in his mustache and eyebrows with a black eyeliner pencil. As he talked to me he was rubbing his face and the eyeliner was smudging all over the place! Honey I tried to control myself while eating but I couldn't he ate like a damn horse (food was everywhere)! So he continued to talk as if I wouldn't notice it his dread in the photo looked neat and maintenance that boys hair line was so far receded I told him that I wasn't interested anymore. I had on my BDU's and other people from my neighboring Unit was snickering at me with him so, he left and I stayed at the bar with my Army buddies and caught a cab back to base! Man, the next day they clowned me so bad they said girl he looked repulsive (LOL)!

Hot chick at the dorm I lived in several years ago, I don't remember too much about it now, but I remember finding out a few things about her, having everything all planned out and she needed a ride to the mall one evening, so I took her. It became very obvious during the ride to the mall this chick was all looks and no brains. Huge turn off. Very disappointing.

Let's see.....the worst date was when I was 16 and was asked out by a really hot 18 year-old ski instructor, and he invited me out New Year's Eve. I was so excited! He took me to a fancy restaurant, very romantic, and insisted I have lobster (never tried it). Well, the lobster wasn't so great, but I did eat it anyway (expensive, and didn't want to hurt his feelings). About an hour later my face blew up like a balloon and he had to take me to the emergency room, never called again......sigh....true story! I'm allergic to shellfish, who knew?

mercy dates are never a good Idea I know that now. I had been 'friends' (he wouldn't leave me alone and I was too nice to tell him to go f*ck himself) for a long time, and he asked me to go to the football game and dance with him, so I said okay, we went to a football game and it was really cold, and you'd figure he would give me his jacket or something, but no, he got up and got himself hot chocolate and then asked if I wanted any and I said yes, I was freezing, so he came back and he had a big plastic mug for himself and a little Styrofoam cup for me, I was pissed, but still the nice girl
so I said I would go to the dance with him so I would HIS MOM DROVE US, and then he wouldn't even dance. I ended up ditching him half way through after I found him sleeping at a table and I left with my friends, a nice girl can only take so much
AND THEN HE TOLD EVERYONE I WAS HIS GF
I was quick to correct them, and then on valentinse day he sent me flowers, but I think he only did it to back up his GF story, I through them in the trash, he's got to do better than that, he treated me like I wasn't worth anything, not his jacket, not hot chocolate, and not a good time
hey souljagirpart2 who wears their BDU's on a date, you didn't even bother to change

Went on a mercy date once....very bad idea. Met him in a public parking lot so he wouldn't know where I lived. He took me to dinner....at his house....where he lived with his mom who cooked said dinner (he was 30). He showed me his entire collection of Monkee memorabilia. Hey, I like The Monkee's but...Jeez Louise! His mother was SO happy that he had a girlfriend...HUH? Short date, no kiss. 2 years later he drove the neighborhood where I had lived, found my car (I was visiting my Dad) looked up the phone number because the name was on the mailbox and called my Dad's house looking for me. My Aunt told him I was out shopping with my husband (a blatant lie but I appreciated it) and he didn't call again.

A blind date, it was a coworker's son who had just moved back to the area. She talked him up as a talented, gifted musician. When he came to pick me up he looked like a hobo and didn't have any plan. I picked a cute pub that I liked, all he wanted to do was go out back and smoke. He left for a smoke, so I left him a note that said thanks for the lovely evening.

It was a blind date( yeah, I know) the guy was decent looking but he kept complimenting me and just overdoing everything. He was trying way too hard and it was very embarrassing. Needless to say, I never called him.
