In Outlook, under the File menu, there is an option called Import and Export.

Using the wizard, you can export your Outlook data file to somewhere on your old system. Then burn it to cd, email it to yourself, FTP, etc...

Using the same wizard on your new system, you can import the old data file into the new system.

Here is an article that may help:

All your Outlook mail, settings, calendar stuff, etc. is stored in a file called outlook.pst file on your computer. Search for .pst files (there may be more than one if you archive your stuff look for archive.pst as well). Copy the .pst file(s) to your new computer and tell Outlook (in the settings section) to look for your Outlook data file wherever you put it on your new computer.

you will desire to opt for the 1st button: "Microsoft Outlook". no longer certainly one of the different .csv buttons. Import in Outlook utilising Comma Separated Values (residing house windows), no longer (DOS) desire that helps.
