First of all you are too young for a girl friend but that is good news. In the meantime you can work on getting in shape. No easy fast way to do it. Read Jay McGraw's book about losing weight for kids.
Start off walking and work it up to a jog. Just keep active and don't drink pop or eat junk food. You will be in shape in no time and the girls will be chasing you.

I'm glad that you are trying to get thin, man. The best thing to do is to get active and to cut way down on your carbohydrate intake.
I'm a big movie lover, so I've got a stationary bike in front of the TV. I get on the bike for just 45 minutes a day (the time of half a good movie). Do you like bike riding, and seeing the scenery, or how about joining a gym, or taking an aerobics class? I've read where every man should have at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day.
I also cut way back on the carbs, and it's amazing how fast I've been losing the weight. Concentrate on more protein (but watch out for the fat) in your diet.

DO NOT CRASH DIET!! If you are a 100 pounds overweight, pop a lipozene pill twice a day and try to get some exercise, but do strain yourself. As soon as you lose 70 pounds, pop only one a day for the next three days and then stop, and get more exercise and greatly improve your diet. If you are 50 pounds overweight, pop one a day and get lots of exercise, but as soon as you lose 30 pounds, stop taking the pill and improve your diet. If you are 30 pounds overweight, drink 24 ounces of milk every 24 hours, don't go to more than 2000 calories a day, and get tons of fun exercise, like go hiking with your friends. Make sure you drink plenty of water, but DO NOT drink water or milk until you feel like you're about to explode. You know your limits. You also lose weight while you sleep, even up to three pounds a night. Improve your sleep schedule, and then focus on not gaining those pounds back. Oh and only lose weight for yourself, because even if you are skinny, the relationships probably wont last too long. Do what you are comfortable doing. You've impressed me already.

okay. I went through this and lost 60lbs in 2 months. BUT THIS TAKES WILLPOWER...are you up for it? NO CHEATING ON YOUR DIET!!
Start by following these rules...
No fast food.
cut meals in half.
dont eat past 6pm. NEVER
Drink lots of water.
those are the easy things...here's the challenge. excersize. Here is what your goal is.....to run 9 to 12 miles a week. or more if you want but at least 9 miles a week. Here is what I did, Find a path you can run and mark it at 1.5 miles there and 1.5 miles back to your house. your object is to try to run all 3 miles without stopping or walking. That should take you about a week. Keep doing that for the first month. Then Start pushing yourself to run alittle further each time. Do alittle pushups and situps right when you return from running...drink a glass of water and hit the bed. You'll feel like **** the next day...and the next and the next, but it does get better, and I promise you'll see results quick. Have fun and good luck!

For starters, a girl should like you for who you are.
Also, I've found that if you like yourself you're liked more, I know, how cliche, but it's true.
One last thing, try eating a larger breakfast, and a smaller dinner, also if you can, split lunch into two smaller meals rather than just one. The large breakfast will give you more energy for your day, by my having less to eat at night your body digests better, and splitting lunch will do a bit of both of the above.

IT DOESN'T JUST HELP YOU LOOSE WEIGHT IT GIVES YOU TONS OF ENERGY IN THE MORNING. DO IT AT LEAST 5 TIMES PER WEEK. OH YEAH SIT UPS.
ANOTHER THING DON'T DO IT TO IMPRESS A GIRL, DO IT FOR YOUR HEALTH. IF A GIRL GOES OUT WITH YOU IS BECAUSE OF THE PERSON YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE.

Cardio( running, swimming, boxing, etc)5 days a week, weight lift 2-3 days a week, eat nutritous meals,
But really I would find a girl who likes u for u, the way u are right now, do u want someone to just want u cause u lost a few pounds?? U want a shallow girl, everyone cant be skinny, if u want to be great, but appreciate urself right now, in this moment..........

To have a girlfriend, you don't need to be skinny... you need to let girls know that you are going to blow lots of cash on them if they go out with you.
You see, most women (and I mean this with respect) are money hungry cash hos... they will go out with anything that moves, if he is spending the loot.
You see lots of beautiful girls out with big fat losers (like you) - their secret ??? They are spending tons of cash.
