Assuming you are the poster formerly known as "canadasuckscock" and "canadasucksdick," the reason you have been reported over and over again is that you ask questions that would be considered "leading questions" in a court of law. These are questions phrased in such a way that the answer is already in the question.
Since they have been rude, crude, crass, derogatory, unfair, untrue, insulting, racist (for lack of a better term), unending and annoying, I'm not surprised you have been reported and suspended several times over.

You get reported for being discriminatory. You are racist and ignorant, and because of this you are insulting to many people. You could easily rectify the situation by using common sense and stop being such a jackass.

Odd, according to your Q&A, this is the only question you have asked. Unless of course, you are admitting to having some other ID's, I suppose? No, why would someone do that?
Call the cops, it's a matter of record that I have done nothing wrong. I've not once recieved any warnings from Yahoo, my ISP or anyone else for that matter, nor do I expect to.
My record is there for everyone to see. I have nothing to hide, unlike a "certain" person, who also is looking at slander being added to the list for some of his /her remarks about helpful members of this forum.
