Its funny, but there is no "belgian" as a language.
People in Belgium speak mostly Dutch, and also German and French. The ereason is that the History of Belgium before the last 175 years is entwined into that of other European countries, notably that of the Netherlands (dutch) and of Luxembourg (german).
The translation you need is the following. I linked some phrases to the pronunciation sites, but you can go to the link at the en of this post and listen to all of them:
Dutch: "goede morning", http://www.learn-dutch-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?due01.au
"ik is ben Marta, Heel leuk u te ontmoeten" http://www.learn-dutch-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?due10.au
"alstublieft"
"welke tijd het?"
German: "guten morgen" http://www.learn-dutch-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?due01.au
"bin ich das marta, nett, Sie"
bitte http://www.learn-german-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?ge03.au
"zu treffen",
welche Zeit ist es?"
French: "bon jour", http://www.learn-french-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?fe08.au
"Je m'appelle marta", http://www.learn-french-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?fe16.au
"si vous plait", http://www.learn-french-language-software.com/phrases/player.html?fe03.au
"quelle heure est il?"
I found some links on line were you can listen to pronunciation audio files:

Ayayay... Belgium is divided in three language communities:
Flanders : Dutch-speaking
Wallony: French-speaking
Little part NE of Wallony: German-speaking
Goodmorning:
Goedemorgen (hooda-morhun)
Bonjour (bon-shoor)
Gute morgen (goota-morgan g like girl)
I'm marta, nice to meet you
Ik ben Marta, aangename kennismaking
Je suis Martha, je suis ravi de vous rencontrer
Ich bin Marta, das tut mich freud Sie zu kennenlernen
Please
Astublieft
S'il vous plaît
Bitte schön
What time is it?
Hoe laat is het?
Quelle heure fait-il?
Wie spät is es?
For pronounciation... too difficult; don't master phonetics.

From what I have learnt about Belgium, they speak english and french. However, this is all I know, there could be a language called Belgin or something. French? I can tell you. I don't know those specific words, but I can start you off:
Hello- Bonjour(bone-jehor)
J'mappelle Marta- I am Marta(Jeh-mah-pel Marta)
S'il vous plaît- (Seeg-you-play)
Merci- Thank you (mare-see)

There is no Belgian language. It's either Flemish (similar to Dutch) or French.
In Flemish, the translations you want are:
Good morning - goede morgen
I'm Marta - ik ben Marta
Nice to meet you - leuk je te ontmoeten
Please - Alsjeblieft (or more formal Alstublieft)
What time is it? - Hoe laat is het?

it depends where you are in belgium
in wallonia they speak french but in flanders they speak flemish. Many people think that they speak dutch but it is a similar dialect, although it is a different language. HOwever, many people do know how to speak german and english
