I started drinking these in the Caribbean.
It's the coolest, smoothest, most refreshing drink I've ever tried.
Use a good quality Rum, but not that Limon stuff from Bacardi.
Just a good white rum......

Mojito recipe
Scale ingredients to servings
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

Mine is called a "Jumpin Jack Splash"
1.5 oz Jack Daniel's
1.5 oz di Sorona Amaretto
Splash of Coca-Cola
Pour into cocktail shaker and shake until chilled, serve on the rocks in a brandy snifter.
It can be a really smooth drink if the portions are correct. If there's too much Jack it has a bite and too much Ameretto it's a little too sweet.

What am I?
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

Antifreeze: !/2 blue gatorade 1/2 Vodka with a dash of Currant liquor.
Put in freezer until it starts to crystalize. Serve with a Fizz candy.
