Chances are she needs to readjust her thinking towards food overall. The body guides us in what we need at any particular moment. If we need less food because we are moving less the body will not be asking for as much food as the average child eats etc. Help her get her compass back.

Show her that she doesn't need any particular diet, but her guidance system back. She should pay attention to her stomach. Show her to imagine a scale between 1 to 10. 1 is when our stomachs are completely empty - and 10 is when we are gorged out and ready to explode.

Eating quality foods with dense nutrition; she should not let her stomach drop to a level below 2 or 3. When she feels hunger signals she needs to eat whether that is a snack (some fruit, dehydrated fruit, a slice of wheat bread with nut butters for protein etc), or eat a meal. She should never over eat above a level 7, but only till she feels a sense of calm satisfaction and then push aside any excess. She should eat first thing in the morning to pick up carbs spent through the night, and through out the entire day - none of this skipping meals stuff

When we are over or under weight, this method works RAPIDLY to bring the body back in balance and keep it there. Our bodies have their own intelligence and will readjust the body to a healthy weight this way. She also needs to ignore the ridiculous marketing of unhealthy diets and the counting of calories or she could struggle going up and down the rest of her life never really having control of her body.

hmm....if she wants to lose weight some fun ways she could do that is swimming, riding her bike, and dancing. those r always fun and it gets her body moving. she could also do some sit-ups, leg lifts, and jog for a few minutes everyday. make sure that she doesnt lay down right away after she eats cuz idk why but i guess that makes u fatter thats what my sister and my mom said. and dont eat right before u go to sleep cuz if u eat and go to sleep right away that food just turns into a lot of fat. and she should eat some nutricious food and not eat a lot of candy.
