At a paint store, ask to use the "color wheel". The colors complementing your paint will either be in the same range as lavender, or are the ones on the exact opposite of the wheel!

Once you decide if you want to go with something more subdued, or a little more eye popping, pick your complementary color from the wheel, and get some paint chips to take along with you as you look for accessories.

Depends on what kind of a feel you want.
But these colors will go without clashing.

Light green-Sage
Honey-Hay
White
Pink
Yellow
Tan

If you want a kind of shabby chic look use a white chenille bedspread.

Otherwise any bedspread you can find that closely matches the wall color is good. If the spread has lavender in it, you can't mismatch.

Think spring garden- pinks, white, greens, pastel blues. Stay away from red, and be careful with yellow. Yellow is the direct complement to purple, which means it can look really nice, or can be too strong a contrast, depending on how saturated each color is and how greyed they are.

I think buttercup yellow and soft yellow go very well with lavender. alot of higher priced bed sets and duvets many times have lavender and soft yellows mixed together. best to stay within the pastel colors and you probably can't go wrong. Good Luck.

I love lavendar. It's feminine, but not pink, much cozier. You could use a dark purple comforter, a white one and add pillows with lavendar and yellow in them, or chose a floral that has a little lavendar in it.
