I got my hair professionally cut about 8yrs. ago in high school. My hair was pass my shoulders. During my haircut, it was storming and raining. I heard that you dont suppose to get your haircut, when it is bad weather. Is it true? Now, my hair will never grow back the length it was in hs. Oh. "I am Black" Could someone tell me how can I grow my hair at least shoulder length?
