They get hard and the core will pop out after a while, but there is a mark from the bumps because they've been there for a while. I don't know how to get rid of them for good.

If they are in the pink area, it's pretty common. There are oil glands there to lubricate the nipple, and they can clog just like other pores can. Assuming you are not breastfeeding, you might try the same type of anti-acne treatments you would use on your face. Changing to a cotton bra might help if you're not already using one.

You do not say where on the breasts, nipple or just skin. It is apparent you have inclusion cysts of hair follicles with sebaceous material being expressed. if the same ones keep recurring have them excised.

um...honestly i don't think it is a pimple...i would see a dermatologist if you think that is what it is...but everyone has natural bumps around their nip so that could be it...maybe it is a type of cyst or something...DO NOT POP IT...that is my suggestion at least...i am not a professional.

exfoliate every day with like a bufpuf kind of sponge until they are gone and then use a mild cleanser regularly, just like you would on your face. the skin in that area is very sensitive like you face is.

Show me what you're talking about...I'll need to see the whole breast though to make an accurate diagnosis....

Get 'em cut off. The breast, not the cist.
