i work in a company where dating is not allowed, but this guy makes me laugh, i spend half the day thinking about him hoping he walks past my desk so i can say hi, i dont even know if he has a girlfriend or not, all i want to do is just hold him, i think that i am head over heels inlove with this guy bcoz for the past week i cant even talk to him everytime he asks something my tongue just gets tied up into knots, i end up saying something very stupid. i really love him and i dont know what to do

That's a tough one, I don't think inter-office romance are accepted now days. What I would recommend is to try gathering as much information about him as you can and try to find another common thing like a hobby, sport, something else. So you can meet him outside of work but not on a date. This will ease things a little bit but still if you do start dating - you might need to keep a low profile for a while...
