God tells us in the scriptures that all have sinnned and fall short of his glory. -Romans 3:23.
God tells us that the consequence of sin is death but his gift to us is Eternal Life with him. -Romans 6:23
Even while we continued to sin, God demonstrated his love for us by sending his son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross for us to give us the gift of eternal life with him. -Romans 5:8
If you confess that 'Jesus is Lord' and believe in your heart that he was raised from the grave, you will be saved. With our hearts we believe, and with the confession that 'Jesus is Lord', we are saved. -Romans 10:9,10
We have been given God's command to not to sin, but if we do Sin, Jesus will stand by our side to defend us. We should not sin, because it is not God's will for us to do so. -Romans 12:2. We were born into sin, and we cannot escape it. Everyone will sin, no matter who we are. But if we try not to do so, and follow Gods command, he himself will declare us righteous. -Romans 2:13.
Our salvation CAN NOT be taken away so long as we beleive in our hearts and confess with our mouth that he is Lord. -Romans 10:9-10

ok first, you are right. God does not take back a gift.
1. Romans 6:23 .. the gift of God is ETERNAL life
2. Epsehians 2:8 By GRACE are ye saved through FAITH and that NOT of yourselves - it is the GIFT of God
3. Epeshians 2:9 NOT of WORKS - lest any man should boast
4. John 3:14 ..even so must the Son of Man be lifted up (read on to the next verse - they go together) John 3:15 That whosover beliveth in HIM (meaning the Son of Man who Is Christ the Lord)should not perish but have ETERNAL LIFE
5. John 3:16 God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son, (Christ the Lord)that whosover believeth on HIM (Chirst) should not perish but have EVERLASTING LIFE (everlasting means the same as eternal)
John 10:27 My (meaning Christ) sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me: (Read the next verse - they go together) John 10:28 And I (meaning Christ) give unto them (the people that believe) ETERNAL LIFE;and they shall never perish, neither shall any man PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY HAND
That's all I can type for now.

The Bible teaches once saved, always saved. If you are truly saved, it is a gift from God, it is by grace alone. If you received salvation through no effort on your own, why would you think there is anything you could do to lose it? But, if someone lives in habitual sin and is not repentant, it is doubtful that individual was ever saved. If you have sinned, seek forgiveness, repent and God will reestablish fellowship with you.
Joh 10:28 And I give eternal life to them, and they shall not perish to the age, never! And not anyone shall pluck them out of My hand.

You are not guaranteed of Salvation if you turn your back on God. God doesn't take it away. Your actions take it away. Being "saved" doesn't give you free reign to do as you will, thinking that God will happily admit you into His Kingdom. He knows your heart. Listen to the following sermon on the link provided.

God knows your heart. We all fall short and backslide at times. But when you do, if you are truly sorry, and God knows if you are. Then you are forgiven. But if you knowingly and willingly rebel against God, then yes, it can be taken away.

No, but by your works you may demonstrate that you were not really saved. 1 John: "they went out from us, but they were not of us."
