for instance janice lost 15 lbs in 2 years and spent $2000 on our plan....ofcourse i know its about money, but I seriously want to know how/why they continue to mislead people and why people continue to fork over tons of money. On average how many women/men actually lose weight in the "not typical" levels... 5% 10%?

Because in weight loss, as with any medical condition, there's no such thing as "typical" because it's not just black and white, cut and dried.

For instance - say you and I both were on the EXACT same regimen of diet and exercise - we ate exactly the same food, did exactly the same activities at the exact same time of day and everything - we're still going to have different results. Why? Because no two people are exactly alike.
