Unless you are diabetic, you can eat all the fruits and veggies you want - the fiber slows down the absorption of sugar, so your blood sugar doesn't spike and crash. These foods are really good for you, even though they taste good! If you are diabetic, then you need to test yourself and back off a little on the fruit if your blood sugar goes up. But you can still probably eat a lot of fruit without problems if you don't go overboard on bananas.

It depends on your level of physical activity. Fruits are converted from complex carbohydrates to simple sugars in your blood stream slower than straight sugar. This is why diabetics need to be careful when eating fruit. With that being said, you should also intake more protein than carbs to ensure you maintain a healthy weight if you are not physically active. Simple sugars not used for energy are stored in your body as fat.

No, eating fruit is very good for you and your health. True, fruits do contain sugar content; but you can't compare the sugar to an apple to a KitKat bar. Likewise, your body needs the natural sugar that is in fruits. But, you don't want to overdo it and consume all sugar; I recommend having a mix of half fruits and half vegetables in your daily diet.

No. Fruit and vegetables are good for you in many ways. In fact blueberries are considered a 'superfood' due to their very dense concentration of phytochemicals.

Now- you may want to maintain a level glycemic response- so it's better to have some fat and protein along with your fruits. Whatever you like... yogurt or nuts are both pretty yummy with fruit.

Evenrything in moderation. Just as you don't want to eat too much chocolate, you don't want to eat too much fruit, too much vegetables, etc.
