yes in the first 3 days it does, then you kinda get use to them after that, but it still kinda hurts to chew.

Spacers dont really hurt at all. They do take some getting used to though. So they will feel kinda wierd at first, but nothing too bad.

If you mean spacers for receiving braces then I got them and it makes your teeth sore for a day or two, then it feels like a piece of food is stuck in-between your teeth, then you dont feel it there at all.

It's been 20 years but I still remember that yes they do hurt. It's not too bad though. Plus you'll have nice straight teeth at the end of the process.

yes, yes and yes! got them a couple of weeks ago and I can still feel slight pain but not near as much as I did when I first got them on. Good luck!

I got rubber ones, & they felt like I was chewing on rubber. Didn't hurt but felt really weird.

no it's just uncomfortable. You'll get used to it and then they will take them out.
