Oh is that what they are for? lol I am not sure, I have had 5 cars with alarms and never had any of them stolen. I park in the garage at home and work though so there is not much opportunity for theft.

No. In the entire time I've owned my car (3 years) the alarm has only gone off if I accidentally hit the button. It didn't alert me to the fact that some kids in the parking lot went on a vandalizing spree either.

yes. call 619-466-6692 and ask for jp electric. they have the best system also it is the only anti-hijacking system made for vehicles. san diego area.
