I've tried all of these, and I can guarantee that they all worked for me when I was still dieting:

1. Drink LOTS of water.
2. Cut down on your sugar intake.
3. Slim mints.
4. Drink at least 2 spoonfull of Virgin Coconut Oil (I lost 10 lbs just by doing this for like 20 days or so. No exercise, no diet. Just this.)
5. Duromine or Ionamine (You won't even like your favorite food if you're gonna drink this tablet! But you'll also gonna have a hard time sleeping. So if you're gonna take this stuff, I recommend that you drink it right after you wake up so you won't have a hard time sleeping at night. And try to eat a little so as not to develop bad breath. =P)

A room temperature glass of water 8oz at the least, when drank at a rapid pace before a meal or when you start thinking about food tends to curb the desire quite nicely.

By eating alfalfa sprouts.

I know it sounds nasty, but it's got so much protein in it, more, in fact, than beef. Make a pita sandwich and put sprouts in it.

I personally hate alfalfa sprouts but I eat them for the health benefits. And when I eat those, I am not hungry for a long time afterwards.

I just hate how they're like eating grass, though...blech!

Oh, one more thing. Slow down on eating certain carbs. Test out your body. There are certain starchy foods that make you hungry even 30 minutes after you've consumed them. Pasta is one. Soda has a tendency to make you hungry for no reason, too. Make a note of how you feel after you eat certain things.

You don't need drugs; drink lots of water. Try to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. If you do that, it is almost impossible to over-eat.

Good luck!

Increase your water intake as well as your protein intake. Reduce your carb intake to include any sort of sugar and reduce your caffeine intake to include carbonated drinks.

Drink lots of water and drink broth, like chicken broth. It fills you and has little calories and more tasty than plain water.
