I totally agree with you! I'm getting tired of seeing it too.

You make a good point. If all the arguing and insults proves to save one soul then it is worth it all. However, if it is just idle time than we are wasting our times. The bible does say that we should not argue in vain or if somone is not earnestly seeking. There is not need to come down on someone's religion. Truth is truth. The problem comes when truth is defined differently. People are attached to their beliefs and easily get upset and offended if they are told they are wrong. I am sick of insults and arguing on both sides. I wanted to come on here and discuss and share. Don't get me wrong apologetics is a fun subject and does keep you sharp. I have enjoyed some of the challenges. But no one enjoys insults. So, I have tried to back away from those questions. But some have a knack for debate and are always drawn to them....me?....me??? ok, sometimes. But I do not insult! I also do not appreciate insults about Christians or Atheists.

Thatz True i agree 100% with u... but we should represent our religons with truth and beutiful preaching.. In Islam it is our duty 2 show everybody that our religon is the truth so that in the hereafter we may not be held responisible for not guiding those who havnt been guided.. and i suggest u 2 study Islam and i am 100% confident that u will not find a single teaching of Islam that is against Human Life... i suggest u to accept the Truth which is There is No God But God and Muhammad(pbuh) is the Final messenger of God... also as it says in the Holy Quraan.." Do not insult the Gods of The non-beilevers as they might insult God out of there ingnoance for Islam.. so i totally agree with you.. if u need anething else just contact me.
Accept Islam.

I totally agree with you! However society these days can not live in their own bubble. Today it's the way of life to be in everyone eles' business. Why? Because supposedly its interesting to know about everyone else. But, when they find out that they're different from them that's when the harrassments and negativity start coming out. I too wish that everyone would just say, " Ok... that's different. Not for me, but that's cool." ..... but thats living on fantasy island.

good point. eveyone needs to stop the HATE and continue with the DEBATE. you can talk about this VS. that but there isnt a reason to start hating anyone. if you hate someoen cause of what they believe that (in my opinion at least) makes you look wayyy worse then they ever could. some of you need to grow up and show some respect.

As soon as religious people stop trying to dictate their morality to the rest of us, we'll quit hating you. By dictate morality, I refer to electing political candidates who are against womens' reproductive rights, against gay marraige, and who want to teach mythology in science class.
If you disagree with me, that's fine, you have a right to think what you want. You do not have a right to enact laws based on writings attributed to your sky-daddy/invisible friend/God.

See, this is what I'm talking about regarding Christians! They always portray themselves as victims when it is them who run around bombing abortion clinics, molesting children, abusing women, bashing gays, enslaving minorities, and waging wars that eradicate millions of lives! Then they wonder why atheists and agnostics are rude to them?

Amen Pico! I have often thought of not even coming on here anymore - too many immature, narrow minded people.

SIN. Mockers. Those who don't really want to know anything more than they already do.
That's why. Unfortunately, you saying this will not stop the madness, it will go on and get worse....
