I believe in some sort of god but not the one discussed in church and I dont believe the bible. Am i an Athiest?

Nope..If you believe in some sort of higher power you are not an athiest. You are non-christian or religious thats all. Don't worry about labels just believe in what you want to believe in.

My Freind u are doing good 2 urself by beleiving in One God. may God show u the true path... my friend i suggest u study Islam and itz teachings. i Am 100% confident u will not find anything dissapointing.. my friend u are showing signs that u are looking for the truth by beleiving in only one God and i respect u dearly 4 that. theist- meaning god, or having to do with god.
therefore- an atheist is one who has no god.
there are plenty of gods out side the Bible and plenty of places to worship that aren't churches.

No, atheist means you believe god doesn't exist. If you believe in any god you are not an atheist.
