Well.. that's not really a question or if it is, it's vague.
However, I *think* you're trying to say you were trying to burn something and received (th)os(e) numbers along with an error message...which probably yields more information than you've shared with us.
Okay, working blind here, all I can suggest is that you update your device drivers and firmware for your cd/dvd burner, uninstall/reinstall Nero and try your burn again. You'd have to download these updates directly from the manufacturer of the cd/dvd drive, selecting the correct model and operating system.
