Yes to the ice cream....delicious, but sweet! If we order it when we eat out my husband & I usually share one. Here's a recipe I have for it.
DEEP FRIED ICE CREAM
1 scoop french vanilla ice cream
4 oz. cinnamon
4 oz. sugar
6 oz. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 oz. honey
Whipped cream
Mix sugar and cinnamon and roll one scoop of hard frozen ice cream in the mixture. Roll the ice cream in crushed cornflakes. Make sure flakes stick to the ice cream. Immediately place ice cream back into the freezer to harden. To deep fry, heat oil to 375 degrees and immerse the coated ice cream approximately 5 seconds. Allow oil to drain from ice cream, then place in dish. Pour honey over the ice cream and whipped cream around sides. Top with maraschino cherry.

Here's one for the deep fried Mars bar:
Deep Fried Mars Bars Recipe
Invented in Scotland, this dish has now become famous worldwide. It is an excellent source of fat, sugar and calories. For a seasonal variation you could also try deep frying a Cadbury's Creme Egg.
1 Mars bar or Milky Way bar, chilled
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 pinch baking soda
milk or beer
oil (for deep frying)
Chill the chocolate bar by keeping it in the fridge, but don't freeze it. Mix the flour, cornmeal, & baking soda together. Add milk (traditional) or beer (which gives a lighter result) until you get a batter with the consistency of thin cream. Heat the oil until a small piece of bread will brown in a few seconds, but don't allow to smoke. Remove wrapper from chilled chocolate bar. Coat completely in batter. Carefully lower into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve, with ice cream or french fries, if desired.

they are superb- in my opinion- yet are in all probability among the worst nutrients you are able to consume in therms of nutrients!. a easy batter made with undeniable flour, water, a pinch of baking powder and salt will artwork properly. utilising egg in the batter is non-obligatory and that i've got on no account accomplished it. ascertain the batter is comparatively this consistency, yet nevertheless coats the bar properly. tried it as quickly as 10 years in the past. Recipe worked, became into stable. interest happy, so on no account returned.;

Fried frozen oreo.
It was awesome however I would say you have to go somewhere where they've done it for years since it doesn't seem very easy.
