Starting off with kissing always works. Just let it happen. Trying to force things makes for akward and nervous moments. You're two people with attraction and feelings for each other, things will run their course.

Saying it might not be the most comfortable way to do it. If you want to be less obvious, just start making out with him. Once you two get into it, start rubbing his crotch. He will of course become hard and just take it from there. If he really doesn't get the clue, start taking his clothes off. He should be able to figure it out and start taking yours off as well.
