To be honest, i dont agree with you. Not sure your location, but im in Ontario Canada. Here the education system educates all students. Willing or not willing, it is by-law that they must attend classes. However, it is up to the individual student to make the effort to learn the material being taught. If not, then the education presented to them is useless, but it is not the fault of the sytem, it is instead, the fault of the student.

The intelligent are the only ones who care to learn. I don't necessarily have evidence supporting the statement, but I have heaps of evidence negating the opposite.

no they are educating the rich. Think about it. You have to pay for college, even with Financial Aid, you have to pay for books, if you're poor, you can't buy a computer, which makes it so much easier or other necessary supplies, you can't eat healthly b/c you're too poor so you're gonna get sick and can't go to class thus leading to imminent failure.

yes...if you make a chart of kids that are in LD (learning disablitiy) classes and those who arn't you will get a result of kids that are in the LD classes arn't learning as much as the kids in the regualr classes. It's like the teachers dont care with the LD kids.
