I can't remember when I opened it, but it's been a while--over a year at least, I'm sure. It has been kept in the refrigerator ever since then. It seems like it tastes off now, but maybe it's my imagination?

I left a bottle of Campari for 2 years and it was still alright to drink and because it is spirit based does not go off.

campari normally has a couple years on the bottle but if tastes off to you be on the safe side and get rid of it. it will cost you less to buy a new one than a doc would cost you for drinking it.

If the taste is off, it is not worth drinking. I would have thought it would have lasted that long though.
