5 day a week program
5-10 minute warm-up
30 minutes of cardiovascular activity at 55%-75% of predicted maximum heart rate**
5-10 minute cool-down
10 minutes stretching
1 set of 8-12 repetitions::

Seated row

Tricep extension
and also , eat healthy , like lots of fish tunas good and also veggies , drink only water and eat 1000 calories a day , thats it thought. BY using this program u should lose at least 7 pounds if not more , and absolutely no junk food, now u could do sugar free stuff but read all your serving sizes and you will be good to go!!!!

I want to start off by saying that loosing that much weight that fast is not healthy!
But I lost 13.5 pounds in 7 days on the cabbage soup diet. It was a LONG 7 days, but it worked. Do a web search for it.
Just a note, hubby only lost 8 pounds. So you may get more or less.

The easiest way to loose weight is to eat five small meals a day.
eating large meals increases your insulin levels, which converts the food you eat to fat.
eating little and often keeps the insulin levels low so your body does not react as much to the food.
Never eat Protein and carbohydrates together on the same day.
and limit the amount of fat you eat.
if you eat Meat don't eat vegetables that day.
same with veg if you eat them don't eat meat.
try to cut out all alcohol, fizzy drinks, bread, cakes and sweets.
and drink a lot of fluid (water preferably)
often when you feel hungry it is just dehydration, try having a drink instead of food.
if you put sugar in coffee or tea thats OK but use it sparingly
These are the simple basics of any and all diets
Good luck.

It is not healthy for your body to loose that much in a week, a couple of pounds a week is good but 10! well thats impossible. everybodys body is different therefore we all loose wight at different speeds. I have been going to the gym and eating healthy for 3 weeks and aint lost anything, its because my body is not used to exercise and eating less. Its just a show at the end of the day your health is more important. In future plan a head andthink to yourself i wanna loose 10lb in the next couple of weeks.

10 lbs in a week is a lot.
If it;s upsetting you that much, ditch the show. Take the pressure off yourself for a while. Take the time to plan a proper weight loss program.
Don't beat yourself up x

You should of thought of that 6 weeks before. One week is impossible unless you literally starve yourself.
If you do starve, its just gonna all come back. Sorry but your just going to have to except that fact that you are not going to lose 10 pounds or even 5 in less than a week.

I've done it using very restricted eating, increasing my physical activities and adding a catalyst, like Lipodrene to boost my energy, metabolism and decrease my appetite (hoodia).
This usually makes me feel very tired, although the Lipodrene helps and weakens me. Ten pounds in a week is a lot to lose.
I've also used STACK, but the most I've lost is 5 Lbs. in a week with it.

Greetings, I'm Mr.Neiman a self educated natural healing expert.
On my one week mono diet detoxification plan you'll lose up to 15 pounds in 7 days! Basically you want to eat massive amounts of organic raw whole fruits and raw pressed organic fruit juices. You will want to consume 75-150 servings of whole fruits and fruit juices per day!!! Eat and drink 24/7 if desired. Its wonderful you'll never feel deprived. Be sure to include a wide variety of fruits and avoid bananas, avocados, and dried fruits since they require more digestion time and tend to slow weight loss due to their lower water content and higher fat content. Also be sure to drink plenty of natural spring water throughout the day.
Never heard of this? Sound crazy? It works, guaranteed.
I hope this was helpful. Please e-mail me your results.

That's not recommended, it's totally unhealthy. Try exercising lots and drinking plenty of water and eating fruit and veg mostly but don't starve yourself. That amount of time is not realistic for that weight loss. You need to be able to move to perform right? Try and alter your clothes.
