Anyone have any details about signal strength, bandwidth, etc.?

Yes, LAX does offer wifi, but at a fee. I would check with your airline for additional information or go to LAX Web site at

Also, there are various locations, such as McDonald's and Starbucks, that offer their own wifi service powered by T-Mobile, also at a fee.

a majority of airports have hot spots so you can access the internet via your own notebook or enjoy the clearest possible reception on your mobile. when you get to a hot spot, you can expect really good reception and signal strength. you can find them in other places as well ... coffee houses, libraries, and so on.

as for access to computers you can use, i don't know, but i bet somebody else will.

If Milwaukee offers WiFi, I would almost be positive that LAZX would. Here in MKE it is free but Im not sure of they charge.

It depends where you are. I don't think in the main terminal. I know that in the NWA World Club their is, but I don't think any where else.
