If you want to lose fat, you need to do some aerobic exercise like running...try 45 minutes a day for 4 or 5 days a week. If, after you lose the weight you want the difinition of good muscles, then you need to do situps, crunches, twists, etc.
One will burn fat, one will tone muscle. They are not substitutes for one another. If you skip the running but do crunches, you will end up with a strong, fat stomach. If you run and do no crunches, you will lose the fat but have very little definition.
Do both!!

Cellulite is fat under the skin. Build muscle tone, use a self tanner (makes it less noticeable) but short of having no body fat or getting liposuction, live with it.

Music makes you eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your supper, so you consume more meals. So, switch off – silence could make you more aware of what you’re investing in your mouth.

Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
