try to have sex for long periods of time at your maximum heart rate. that is the key... and vice versa. the more you can perform on either a cycle or in bed at maximum output, the better.

I don't believe one has anything to do with the other. The only thing I can say for sure is cycling can in some cases effect a mans sex life do to pressure on the prostate. As far as having sex the night before a bike ride goes, i believe it robs the body of needed sleep and energy you need for the next days ride. JMO

The reverse is true. Cycling is great for sex. Increased endurance, leg strength....etc.
Sex will help your cycling. In fact, sex will help you become better at everything. Want 20/20 eyesight without surgery? Sex. Want to join the Tour De France? Sex. You get it.
And your significant other can thank me later.

yes, i find it helpful for a cyclist to be of either the male or female sex. in a less sarcastic tone, it is a form of exercise, so it could be beneficial to one in that manner as well, although it may not help much on your overall cycling skills.

Not that it is good fo cycling, but cycling is probably good for better sex.
you are in better shape and can last longer.
